RFQ + NPD Program Notes: 7,000 documents per month limit. Additional RFQs will be billed at 5¢ per document. Non-Public Buyer Directed RFQs are sent to DLA approved selected vendors. Signup! WAWF Program Notes: 200 invoices per month limit. Additional invoices in one month will be billed at 25¢ per document. Signup! Sample Video GSA Program Notes: 1,000 documents per month limit. Notes: Yearly Web Account - 500
documents per month limit. Documents over 500 in a month will
be billed at 5¢ per document. The payment price is for up
to 2 Trading Partners (TPs); additional TPs: $75 per month
each. There is no charge using existing overlays. New overlay
programming charge: $500 to $1500 per document. Overlay
updates: $100 to 1500/document. Fast Quote Program Notes: Fast Quote programs are billed monthly based on the number of documents sent. Below is the pricing schedule:
Fast Quote Subscription Packages:
** Cannot be used to send out all daily RFQs. Multi-User Program Notes: The RFQ Advantage subscription is for one user only. With the Multi-User program, many people can login and use different parts of the system at the same time. For example one person can invoice while another can search and print RFQs. Each "simultaneous" user is charged at $100 per user per month. If no "simultaneous" users are detected in a month, no charges will be applied. Research and Drawings Program Notes: This program is available to RFQ Advantage, FTP, GSA and WAWF clients only. Research charges are based on Full Report Units (FRU); examples of 1 FRU: single NSN search, one drawing or drawing set, label page (1 set). List Reports have 100 records for each FRU; examples include RFQ Tracking where one FRU is charges for each 100 records. Prices are reduced for larger volumes, here are the breaks: 1-200 FRUs: 50 cents, 201-400 FRUs: 33 cents, 401-600 FRUs: 25 cents, 601+ .16 cents each. Research/PartsMaster/Labels Subscription Packages:
* Mass data block downloads are not allowed and will result in regular charges and access limitation. Senior Discount Program Notes: Available to ALI Corp. clients with over 5 years of continuous subscriptions and insubstantial DLA sales. |

Notes:
- A 5% charge will be added to each invoice not paid by its due date.
- A $50 charge will be added if a client is suspended due to unpaid invoices or returned check.
- No refund, full or partial will be made to any client. Credit is made toward other services on a pro-rated basis.
