  1. CEDI - The payment price is for up to 2 Trading Partners (TPs); additional TPs: $75 per month each. New overlays: $500 to $1500 per document. Overlay updates: $100 to 1500/document.
  2. All subscriptions are prepaid. Research is billed monthly.
  3. A 5% charge will be added to each invoice not paid by its due date.
  4. A $50 charge will be added if a client is suspended due to unpaid invoices or returned check.
  5. No refund, full or partial will be made to any client. Credit is made toward other services on a pro-rated basis.
  6. Prices are subject to change with notice to ALICorp.com clients, and without notice to all others.
